How are orders delivered?
All orders are dispatched using Australia Post. Australian orders are shipped at the standard rate, all overseas orders are shipped by Air Mail, unless otherwise requested. All figures are supplied unpainted and unassembled. Some are shown in their finished state for purposes of advertising.
Our shopping cart calculates postage on a percentage basis and calculates a maximum sum that you can be charged. We actually charge postage to you at what it costs us, so in most cases your charges will be less than those quoted. We e-mail you to acknowledge how much we have deducted from your card and the shipping charge can be worked out by subtracting the cost of the figures from the total sum we acknowledge.
From 22nd October 2012 Australia Post are abolishing their 250g minimum weight band. This means that the new minimum postal charge will be for a 500g and under parcel.
Australia AU$6.60
New Zealand AU$12.95
Asia/Pacific AU$14.90
USA/Canada/Middle East AU$16.70
Rest of World AU$20.20
In addition to the above prices we also charge a AU$3.00 handling fee.
As an estimate of how much your order will weigh including packaging, use this guide:

What do the scales mean?
For those customers unfamiliar with toy soldier terminology, 28mm, 15mm, and 10mm refer to the actual height of a model figure, on foot and standing upright (measured from about the figure's eye level to the top of the figure's base). The scales are not exact, but 10mm equates to approximately 1:200 scale, 15mm to approx. 1:100 scale, and 28mm is roughly 1:60. Other scales in this catalogue include 2mm = ~1:900, 6mm = ~1:300, 20mm = ~1:85 and 25mm = ~ 1:72.

What does "variants" mean?
We produce most of our figures in more than one variant. Under each product code there will often be several figures, each one different from the other in pose, equipment or dress. This means for example that our Elamite Archer (100ELM02) comes in four different variants: one running forward with bow at ready, one testing his bow string, one standing and firing his own, and one kneeling and firing.

How do I get all the variants of one figure?
The variants for each figure code are supplied by us as a random mix. However if you order a quantity equal or greater than the number of variants, we will always endeavour to make sure you get a good selection of all the variants available for that particular code.

Why can't I see pictures of all the variants?
We have tried to illustrate as many of the variants available as possible, however limitations means that in some cases we have only been able to show a sample (some figures have more than 10 variants!)
