Following the success of our 15mm modern Chechens and Russians, we are excited to announce the release of our infantry for Australian field operations, replete with armoured transport: the Australian designed and built Bushmaster APC.
These figures can be used for the elements of the Australian Army sent to Afghanistan on Operation Slipper.
Research used in sculpting them was provided by some of our customers who are currently serving.
The accompanying Bushmaster can be configured in several different ways. Parts are provided for IED defence, a remote weapons turret, as well as the earlier un-turreted version. Baggage is also made to give the authentic "lived in" look.
Our samples were painted by Tacobat, who runs this excellent blog and we thank him for allowing us to use his work.
The proposed range will be sculpted by Alan Marsh in 15mm and will be compatible with our modern Russians and Chechens. The Bushmaster will be made at 1:100 scale by Mike Broadbent and will include fittings for both the turreted and non-turreted versions as well as a winch, ECM and Hesko baling storage. 300MOD50 Australian with EF88 (6) 300MOD51 Australian with EF88 and LAW (3) 300MOD52 Australian with EF88 and UGL (4) 300MOD53 Australian with F89 Minimi (4) 300MOD54 Australian command team, standing - 2 figures 300MOD55 Australian command team, kneeling - 2 figures 300MOD56 Australian sniper team, with helmets - 2 figures 300MOD57 Australian sniper team, bush hats and ghillie suits - 2 figures 300MOD58 Australian Carl Gustav team - 2 figures 300MOD59 Australian GPMG team, firing - 2 figures 300MOD60 Australian GPMG team, patrolling - 2 figures 300MOD61 Australian EOD team - 4 figs, 1 dog
